I say that the best possible way, but UGG boots should never be used in public, never, under any circumstances.
Try some opaque tights (with skirt or dress) instead of trousers, which are ... not the best choice, especially if theres nothing about them.
It depends on how you wear it. How can the T-shirt would be a huge size, so that long enough to get a mini-dress and put a little belt on him. In addition, you should adjust the uggs so they decorative. This could be a casual kind of sweet, and very original:)
